There are a number of good deals out for summertime. Great savings opportunities are headed for your grocery store, so check them out!

First of all, for a very limited time, you can join the Kraft First Taste program. This is a signup that enables you to receive free or high value coupons to try new items. Membership is limited - when they reach their target number, they close access, so sign up soon.

Next, be sure to look for a tearpad of rebate forms entitled "You Pick We Pay" in your grocery store. This is for either a free (purchase price refunded) DiGiorno Flat bread Melt, or California Pizza Kitchen Flatbred Melt. If you recently received a coupon in the mail for a free DiGiorno Flatbread Melt, you can now use the UPC and receipt to get paid for redeeming that freebie. Sweet!

Publix has some great Buy 1 Get 1 offers coming up for the Fourth of July. Among the best deals I see are Kraft Mayo and Dressings, Special K, Lays potato chips, and A1 Steak sauce. Use your coupons for additional savings - with the high value $2 coupons in circulation for A1 it should be near free.

Kroger has a deal on Hefty one zip bags. They are on sale for $1.99. Get $3 off instantly when you buy 10. If you have saved multiples of the $1 coupon from the May 17 Red Plum insert, use those on this sale - if you have 10 coupons, your final price will be 69 cents each. If not, then use what you have for a final price of 99 cents each.

Meijer is printing some great Catalina coupons at the register. When you buy 2 Sara Lee Pound cake, get $1 off your next order. Whey you buy 6 Kraft Mac N Cheese, get $2 off your next order. Combine the Catalina purchases with coupons for the items, and it is like getting an instant rebate.

Grocery deals like these are why I tell you to watch the inserts, the printable lists, and save your coupons. You may not see a sale that particular week, but within the expiration date you will see a sale - and that is what makes your deal.
