Sweepstakes and Contests Ending in March

Well, my dad didn’t win the $280 million super lotto last night, but maybe next week! I have been getting a whole bunch of real estate magazines from Colorado, where the HGTV Dream Home is based. Of course, since they’re airing in two weeks, they’ve probably already notified the winner. It was fun dreaming! And it didn’t cost me the dollar for the Lotto ticket. Contests and January Sweepstakes

In what seems like another lifetime ago, I used to be the feature writer for a local monthly magazine. It was great experience because I got to see all the behind-the-scenes happenings that you don’t find in a book. One of the most surprising things to me was the monthly contests. The magazine had a readership of 40,000 people. Different advertisers would donate prizes for the month. They weren’t Ed McMahon quality prizes, but they were decent.
