Finding More Coupons

Here are some more ideas on how and where to find coupons.

Writing to Companies: One of the best ways to get free and high value coupons is by writing to companies and telling them how much you like their products. Often the only time a company hears from their customers is when they have a complaint. Companies love to hear about the things they do well, and are usually more than happy to send you coupons if asked. Here is a link of companies others have had great sucess in receiving coupons: Official Contacting Companies Thread

Internet Printed Coupons: There are lots of places to print your own coupons on the Internet. Of course, it's YMMV if your store chooses to take Internet printed coupons or not. It's best to call your stores and find out if they accept Internet printed coupons. Here are some links from the Deals forums to help you get started: *Internet Printed Coupons FAQ *Printable Coupon Sites *Printable Coupon Thread

In Store Samples: Don't over-look the sample lady trying to get you to try the cheese dip and crackers. Often she is loaded with coupons to give you for buying the product. Of course, you don't have to buy it that same day: you can wait for a better sale, take it to another store or trade them. And don't be afraid to ask for a few extras. Sometimes they say yes, sometimes no; it doesn't hurt to ask.

Basically, keep your eyes open. There are coupons everywhere, even in places you might least expect them. Be sure to check your wine section for wine tags, and look for tear pads, blinkies and bonus boxes hanging off of grocery shelves. Check in magazines for coupons and on product packages.

This is really great i did not know that you could write to the company and that they would send you coupons. i thought that they would throw it in a pile and get thrown in the trash. this is something really great to know.
