Aeropostale Clearance + Additional 20% off

My 16 year old loves hoodies, but I'm too cheap...er, frugal to shell out $30 or more for what is basically a glorified gym top. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to find a nice one at one of our favorite thrift shops. Usually I'm not. While she's not overly concerned with what other girls her age are wearing, she does like the look and feel of some of the more current clothing. Like my old Dittos jeans and horizontally striped shirts aren't good enough for her! One of the places we like to shop online (when there's a sale!) is Aeropostale. It's fashionable enough for her without offending mom's sensibilities. Too much, anyway.

They always have some clearance items, and if you're fortunate enough to be the size they're clearing out, you can get some excellent deals! Anyone out there wearing 28x30 pants or have a son that does? Camo cargo pants in that size only are marked down to $13 from $50. Socks are also a good deal right now.

I confess that none of these clothes would fit me. Even if they would, my teens would be mortified to see me in them. I think they're cute. I should probably tell them that and save myself a lot of money. Aeropostale is sort of a happy medium between adults and youth, one of those rare fashion moments when both can be satisfied. Shipping starts at $5.95. The only way around that is to spend $100. But right now (through 5/18, so hurry), you can save an additional 20%. That should cover your shipping. Simply use code ADD20 during checkout. It'll come off automatically.

With summer coming, I don't know how long she'll be in the hoodies. She says weather won't make a difference. I'm betting that she'll be asking for some new t-shirts soon enough.
