A New Free Sample Site: Costco!by Mary Ann Romans | More from this Blogger By now, if you have been reading the Deals Blog, you are familiar with the Walmart Free Samples Website. Through their site, Walmart offers a range of nice sized samples, with new offerings popping up on a regular basis. Now it seems that at least one other large store, Costco, is jumping on the bandwagon with regularly scheduled free samples. I have no idea if the samples will ever get "warehouse" sized, but so far they seem to be quite nice. Costco, like other warehouse stores likes to give out free food samples while you shop. Actually on one of my recent blogs about buying in bulk, a reader commented that she knew someone who would meet her friends at the local warehouse store every Saturday and "do lunch" with the samples. I think that is pretty funny. Now, though, she, and you can get some great samples delivered right to your mailbox when you fill out a quick form online. Some of the offers I have seen recently include aluminum foil and deodorant. Currently, on the site, is a very promising-looking sample for Dove Energy Glow Self Tanner. Since I have been spending way too much time at the computer, I could use something to erase that pasty glow. Spring certainly doesn't seem to want to get here anytime soon, at least from where I am sitting over here in Pennsylvania. At the moment, Costco doesn't have a dedicate page for its samples, so you have to search for them. Hopefully they will get a sample page soon, and make it easier on us. For now, just go to the Costco site and type "sample" in the search box. That should bring up the current samples. And just like for Walmart, you'll have to keep checking back for new offerings.
