I confess that I am a CVS addict. Several times a week I am in CVS stores. I'm hooked. What sets CVS apart from other Drug/Pharmacy stores is their very generous in store rebate, called Extra Care Bucks (ECBs).

OK, so you clip and clip and clip. And you register for websites such as Everyday Eating.com, Cleanhomejournal.com, mambosprouts.com or madreymujer.com and soon you are receiving coupons in the mail. You have a lot of coupons for diapers - but you don't have a baby.

Huh? Unpasteurized, you ask? Isn't pasteurization what they do to milk? Well, yes, it is. And as of Sept 2007, it's also what they do to all almonds grown in California. Pasteurization is a process used to destroy things like viruses and bacteria on food.
