I recently started going to The City Market in Kansas City. Once or twice a week, they do have a farmer's market there, but every single day of every single week (year-round!), they have the "city market.

Most people who look for the coupon inserts in Sunday newspapers know that these come from two companies: Smartsource, and Valassis. Recently, Valassis inserts have been named Redplum. The Valassis company is still around, they have just regrouped into different divisions.

I confess that I am a CVS addict. Several times a week I am in CVS stores. I'm hooked. What sets CVS apart from other Drug/Pharmacy stores is their very generous in store rebate, called Extra Care Bucks (ECBs).

OK, so you clip and clip and clip. And you register for websites such as Everyday Eating.com, Cleanhomejournal.com, mambosprouts.com or madreymujer.com and soon you are receiving coupons in the mail. You have a lot of coupons for diapers - but you don't have a baby.

One advantage of the information age is that we have so much at our fingertips. Now, coupons are no exception. You can print coupons from various sites - some are large portals, others are company websites. You can also print them from some store sites.
